Refund policy

Can I return fresh baked goods? 

No. All of our treats are fresh baked and made to order. For that reason we do not accept returns. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you feel there was any defect, issue with quality or other concern, please contact us immediately at SeacoastBarkery@gmail.com and we will do everything in our power to ensure you are 100% satisfied.

Please keep all original packing materials and include pictures of your order as it was received that clearly display any quality or other defects. Include in your email a detailed description outlining your request for a refund. 

Can I return an unused and unopened item?

Yes! Our standard return policy is up to 30 days for unopened, unused product. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase or you feel there was any defect, issue with quality or other concern, please contact store management directly at SeacoastBarkery@gmail.com and we will do everything in our power to ensure you are 100% satisfied.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (in its original packaging). Requests for an exception to this policy must be handled by the Store Manager or the one of the Owners. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items/circumstances:

    • Bark Collar, E-Collar, Electronic Training Devices & Fences – please seek a return directly through the manufacturer. 
    • Worn Pet Clothing. We understand that it is essential to try on apparel. We encourage you to do that in-store, however, if you take the product home and it does not fit, we will honor a refund only if it is clean and in salable condition. 
    • Chewed or destroyed pet toys.
    • Perishable goods such as fresh baked treats and custom cakes.
    • Gift Cards. 

How do I make a return?

To request  a return, please email us at Seacoastbarkery@gmail.com Please keep all original packing materials and include pictures of your order as it was received that clearly display any quality or other defects. Include in your email a detailed description outlining your request for a refund. 

Perishable goods such as fresh baked treats and custom cakes cannot be returned and we do not refund the original cost of shipping. We also cannot return Gift Cards, but we can certainly help you find some terrific pet products at great values.
