Wholesale Quick Reference

Thank you for partnering with Seacoast Barkery LLC! By opening a wholesale account, you agree to these policies. A signed copy of the full Wholesale Agreement is required to receive wholesale pricing.
1. Orders & Payment
- Opening orders: $100 minimum ($50 possible with approval), placed within 30 days of account approval.
- Reorders: $50 minimum.
- How to order: Email or online portal only (after account approval).
- Payment: All orders must be paid in full before shipping; no third-party payments.
- Timing: Most orders ship 1–2 weeks after placement.
2. Required Documents
- Resale certificate (state-issued) or tax ID if your state does not collect sales tax and certificate of good standing.
- Signed Wholesale Agreement.
3. Sales & Marketing Rules
- No third-party marketplaces: Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, social media marketplaces, etc., are strictly prohibited.
- No reselling to other businesses: Products must only be sold at your leased or owned location.
- Keep original branding and packaging – no modifications.
- Follow Seacoast Barkery’s Digital Marketing Policy and MAP Policy. Violations may result in permanent account closure.
- Promotional materials may not require approval, but Seacoast Barkery can request changes.
4. Shipping
- Wholesale customers cover shipping, handling, and customs fees.
- No drop shipping.
- Processing: 3–7 business days.
- Orders up to $150: $20 flat rate shipping; actual shipping costs added for larger orders.
- Products ship from Hanpton, NH.
- International shipping is not available.
- Recommended: 4–6 cases per order for cost efficiency.
5. Returns & Exchanges
- Inspect upon delivery. Claims must be made the same day.
- Document issues with photos and original packaging; email seacoastbarkery@gmail.com.
- Returns require prior approval.
- Customers cover return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
- Sales are final, except for manufacturer defects or recalls.
6. Policy Enforcement
- First violation: warning letter.
- Second or further violations: possible permanent refusal of orders, cancellation of backorders, and legal action.
- Seacoast Barkery staff cannot discuss violations outside the company.
7. Common Violations
- Selling on Amazon, eBay, or other third-party marketplaces.
- Advertising below MAP.
- Using unauthorized websites or URLs to sell products.
8. Other Notes
- Seacoast Barkery may refuse orders at its discretion.
- Policies may change without notice.
- If any rule is found unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement remains in effect.
