MAP Policy

This MAP and Online Sales Policy (“Policy”) applies to all wholesale customers of Seacoast Barkery LLC (“Seacoast Barkery”). By purchasing Seacoast Barkery products at wholesale, you agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)

  • Seacoast Barkery sets a minimum advertised price (MAP) for all products.
  • MAP applies to all forms of advertising including websites, social media, email campaigns, flyers, and paid advertising.
  • No public advertising, promotions, or listings may appear below the MAP, even if the actual sale price at checkout meets or exceeds MAP.
  • MAP may be adjusted at Seacoast Barkery’s discretion without prior notice.

2. Online Sales Restrictions

  • Permitted Online Sales:
    • Wholesale customers may sell Seacoast Barkery products only on e-commerce websites that are directly associated with a physical retail location.
    • The domain must clearly reflect the physical store location or brand of the brick-and-mortar business.
  • Prohibited Online Sales:
    • Online-only businesses with no physical retail presence are not permitted to sell Seacoast Barkery products.
    • Selling on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Etsy, Alibaba) is strictly prohibited.
    • Syndicating listings, drop shipping through third-party services, or using any online marketplace platforms is prohibited.
  • Seacoast Barkery reserves the right to review and approve any website or online presence before allowing wholesale sales.

3. Enforcement

  • Violation of this Policy is considered a material breach of the Wholesale Agreement and may result in:
    1. Immediate closure of the wholesale account.
    2. Cancellation of pending or backorders.
    3. Legal action, if deemed necessary.
  • Seacoast Barkery may periodically monitor online listings to ensure compliance.

4. Branding & Product Display

  • All products must retain original Seacoast Barkery branding and packaging.
  • Wholesale customers may not modify, rebrand, or repack any products.
  • Product images and descriptions may be used only as provided or approved by Seacoast Barkery.

5. Policy Changes

  • Seacoast Barkery reserves the right to amend or terminate this Policy at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued purchase of wholesale products constitutes agreement to any updated Policy.
